IT Operations Highlights
- The Help Desk and Desktop Support will operate during their regular hours. The Help Desk walk-in window is closed. Desktop Support is available in-person by appointment only if an issue can't be resolved remotely.
- Learning and Applied Innovation trainings will all be conducted remotely.
- The Technology Learning & Media Center (TLMC) will be closed.
- All Computer Labs except at Barry Hall will be opened normal hours. We also have the ability to access these computers through a Remote Desktop connection.
- Instructors may request for IT to assist with technology to record lectures or conduct remote classes by appointment.
- The Card Center is open by appointment only. We ask that you attempt to resolve any issue remotely first. Please call 701-231-7093. If this is a new card, upload your photo.

Q. How do I get my user name?
A. Activate your N.D. University System ID and Electronic ID using the instructions provided on the New Student Setup page or New Employee Setup page.
Q: I forgot my email password. How can I obtain a new password?
A: Come to the IT Help Desk in Quentin Burdick Building 150 during business hours with your NDSU ID Card. A Help Desk representative will give you a new password.
Q. I don't remember my Blackboard login/password. Where can I get it?
A. Access your Blackboard account the same way you access e-mail and the cluster computers, using your electronic ID (Firstname.Lastname) and password.
Q. I'm looking for a job on campus. Does IT have any student openings?
